Glen did an excellent job. He was a pro and very knowledgeable in coding two new key fobs after a washer incident. Very quick service. I would recommend Cy’s Lock and Key to anyone in Central Oregon.

Glen did an outstanding job getting my old car locks and ignition fixed and working again. He explained the process to me and took time to make sure I knew what was going on. Fair prices for the work and top notch customer service. Highly recommended.

Cy’s clearly cares. I was locked out of my garage and Cy (presumably) was quick to respond even after 5pm, called a colleague for guidance on my unusual lock type, and got right back to me. I eventually found my key so didn’t need the service call. But I was struck by his caring humanity. I will definitely call Cy’s first next time I need a locksmith!
